The random variable X is used to represent the normal process containing two important parameters—the average and standard deviation. transformed using Y = (X − T)/d, where T target value d tolerance. of then called accuracy index, deviation precision index. If only values index are well controlled, quality level as yield ensured. Based on this concept, paper constructed a control chart for derived confidence intervals in-control data, was stable. This aims via monitoring process. At same time, fuzzy tests developed indicators evaluate whether can reach k-sigma level, offer suggestions about directions improvement when it fails level. Obviously, model in cannot meets requirements level; also provide decision regarding should be improved. It very helpful enhancement enterprises’ capabilities.
